About Me

My Story
I'm originally from Boston, Massachusetts, but I've called Nashville home since 2012. My journey in mental health began over a decade ago, working at a residential treatment center for adolescents. From there, I transitioned into case management work at a community mental health center, supporting adults of all ages with a variety of conditions. In 2017, I began my career as a therapist at community mental health facility, working with both adolescents and adults. Over time, I developed a specialization in treating anxiety and OCD, which has become a central focus of my practice.

Outside of work, I love playing and watching sports, diving into documentaries, spending time with my family, and trying to keep up with my ever-growing son.

I've had my own bouts of anxiety throughout life that I've had to continue to work hard on. So I come with first hand perspective of how crippling it can be.
